This item is on auction on e-Bay. It’s an apparition of the Virgin and Child incarnate in a mustard-flavored Rold-Gold pretzel. Do you see it? Can you see it? Isn’t it tender and luminous? I mean, for a carbohydrate?
According to the seller, they all experienced a feeling of warmth and spiritual well-being when holding the pretzel.
Last time I checked, bidding was up around $11,000. Glory.

Wow. Well, it’s snack food for the soul, I guess. Hard to put a price on that.
I did see a piece of burnt toast on eBay a couple of weeks ago with the char pattern forming a likeness of Osama Bin Ladin, but it was only going for about $20 the last time I checked. Guess that shows people just instinctively are drawn more powerfully toward divinity than toward Ol’ Slewfoot, even when the divinity is just a Rorshach pattern and Ol’ Slewfoot comes with authentic scorch marks.
Put that in you pipe and smoke it, Cotton Mather and Jonathan Edwards.

At Chrismas I awoke to discover I was suffering from Kraft Dinner Stigmata.
I thought about taking pics and going on E-Bay.
But I was famished in my hungover state and ate the cold noodles.
That is the last time I will ever fall asleep during ‘It’s a Wonderfula Life’.
