I don’t know if this will be a rat-infested roach …
June 17, 2006 on 4:32 am | In Uncategorized |I don’t know if this will be a rat-infested roach motel or what, but I finally found an affordable hotel room for Revival in November:

I share bathrooms all the time when I travel in Europe so it’s fine with me. I’m just glad to have someplace to lay my weary head that weekend.
And for less than $300 for two nights in NYC, a roach or two isn’t so bad.

PB: It may be too late, but The Excelsior at 82nd and Columbia has very reasonable rates and it walking distance from 4th U.
Wish I could be there, but while time is plentiful, funds are not. Enjoy.
Cheerfully, RK

Hope that place turns out okay. I’m always looking for good places to stay in NYC.
My favorite place - “OffPark” which is a great B&B type place run by the Community Church of NY, has been increasingly hard to book at. But I love that place because it’s got kitchens and is basically like staying at someone’s apartment while they’re out of town.

Roger — Isn’t that the way? Always seem to have time or money, never both….

Now, PB, you should have told me. I am pals with the world’s most brilliant, hilarious Presbyterian minister. She and her partner live in BRooklyn and have a gorgeous guest apartment…
