Sautee green beans in some olive oil for like 6-7 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and whatever salad herbs you like. Meanwhile, toast the almond slivers in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant and toasted. Zest the skin of one lemon and add to the beans to warm through and blend flavors.
